Jennifer McPhee- Pennsylvania Closing Manager

Jennifer McPhee has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration & Economics from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York. During her college advancements, she decided to pursue an additional endeavor in law.  In 2021, she graduated from SUNY Rockland in Suffern, New York with an American Bar Association (ABA) approved Paralegal Certificate. She is also a licensed New York State Notary of Public.

Jennifer started to develop her path in the Real Estate industry in early 2021, where she worked as an Agent for a Title Insurance Company in Hudson Valley, New York. There she developed key knowledge and great skills in navigating all aspects of real estate transactions. As an in-person closer, she has created business relationships with several attorneys and local lenders to create a seamless settlement process for all parties. 

She is excited to bring her knowledge and expertise to the Crescent Abstract team to aid the continuous and future growth of perspective and returning clients.
