Dave  Wierzbicki, Crescent Abstract's Co- Owner and Managing Member  

Dave started in the title business as a branch manager in 1988 and ran the branch for 10 years before becoming Executive Vice President of a large agency in Berks and Montgomery County.  He started Edge Abstract, now Edge Settlement Associates, Crescent Abstract's parent company, in 2001 and has grown it to multiple offices, multiple branches, currently in  3 different states.

He is a Graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and served on the Pennsylvania Land Title Association through various committees. 

Dave is currently serving on the National Agency Advisory Board for Stewart Title.
